To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include the following in your message:

  • Device model (e.g. iPhone 15, Samsung Galaxy S24)
  • Operating system version (e.g. iOS 18.3, Android 15)
  • App version (found in Profile / Settings)
  • Screenshots or a screen recording (if applicable)

💳 Subscriptions

Subscriptions are managed directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play — not through the app itself.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Open your device's store subscription settings (App Store or Google Play).
  2. Find the LVLUP Swiss subscription in your active subscriptions list.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that date.

Refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies. LVLUP Swiss is unable to process refunds directly — please contact the respective store for refund requests.

👤 Account Deletion

You can delete your account directly within the app. Here's how:

Profile / Settings Delete account

Account deletion is a hard delete — your personal data will be permanently removed within a reasonable period. Some limited technical logs may be retained for security and legal compliance purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

⚠️

Deleting your account will permanently erase your learning progress, streak data and all account information. This action cannot be undone.

🔔 Push Notifications

Push notifications help you stay on track with your Swiss German learning streak. You can enable or disable them at any time through your device settings.

  • iPhone / iPad: Settings → Notifications → LVLUP Swiss → toggle on or off.
  • Android: Settings → Apps → LVLUP Swiss → Notifications → toggle on or off.

If you previously denied notification permissions, you may need to re-enable them manually in your device settings — the app cannot prompt you a second time.
